Challenge

The Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) required a comprehensive operational reorganization to improve workflows and communication. The challenge was to establish a structured, efficient, and scalable framework while managing evolving requirements. The team dedicated efforts with a focus on standardized processes, centralized tools, and continuity plans, which supported continuous improvement, ensured compliance and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Approach

Our team used a phased approach based on ISO and CMMI to enhance process flow and structure. We standardized operations with a central project tool, custom templates, and checklists, while focusing on documentation and metrics.
