Director, Behavioral Health and Wellness Programs

Linda oversee operations for behavioral health and wellness contracts and leads a diverse team of employees ranging from clinical providers to front-line customer service representatives. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a masters in social work from the University of Buffalo.  As a licensed clinical social worker with 19 years post masters experience in behavioral health, she has provided both direct clinical care and technical expertise to Department of Defense and Veteran’s Administration customers, supporting service members, veterans and their families for nearly two decades. Linda actively engages with program managers and government representatives to ensure the Bowen team’s activities and work outputs are aligned with program goals and objectives while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, project schedules and overall contractual compliance.

Linda is a proud military spouse and has set roots in Fredericksburg, VA where she raised her family and now enjoys spending time with her pack of canines and watching her grandson grow. As a member of National Association of Social Workers, American Association of Suicidology and EMDR INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION, she is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental health in the military community and is a dedicated advocate for raising awareness about suicide prevention.
