Challenge/Objective

The Department of Defense’s Military Community & Family Policy (MC&FP) directorate oversees nearly 50 unique programs and offices, each with its own goals, processes and priorities. MC&FP needed a solution that would streamline operations, enhance collaboration and improve support for all programs under its umbrella, while also maintaining a focus on the overall strategic priorities of the organization.
